It's the kind of man many won't
step up to the role to fulfill in
this current generation where we
are spoiled with comfort. It
demands sacrifice, strength,
obedience, integrity, leadership,
love, providing protection, and a
fear of God. It's a man who
honors his spouse (or future
spouse). As a loving authority, he
is accountable to God for the
welfare of his family physically,
morally, spiritually, and
emotionally.

I created the original paintings (shown in pic 5 & 6) for my brothers (one is for my blood related brother and the other is for my brother’s best friend who I consider like another brother to me). I have joy witnessing these two young men in my life pushing one another to become stronger physically, emotionally and spiritually. Their friendship and brotherhood is inspiring to me. I wanted to capture and portray their brotherhood and the “kingdom” men they are growing more and more into becoming. I can’t say it’s easy in this generation to come across young men with the values similar to what they carry nor is it easy for them to come across young women that have the characteristics of a godly woman. I wanted these pieces to be visual reminders of their dreams & goals, the love & strength they have, the mountains they’ve overcome and the future mountains they’ll have to conquer, and to always stay rooted in their relationship with God.
